Start your journey with Excis and grow with us​ What You Will Do: Provide first and second-level IT support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, and authorized peripherals. Collaborate with third-party vendors and internal teams to resolve complex technical issues and ensure timely communication on incident status and resolution. Install, upgrade, and maintain operating systems (Windows XP–10, Mac basics), Microsoft Office, enterprise antivirus, mobile devices, and other authorized applications.
