Talent Acquisition Manager

Role & responsibilities
1. This position has to understand Job Descriptions and to get MPRs raised by concerned HODs on time.
2. To source suitable profiles through various channels i.e. Job portals, social networks and employee referrals based on the JDs with in the agreed TAT and to present HODs,
3. To schedule and coordinate first, second and panel rounds interviews and to record and document interview feedback.
4. To follow up with candidates for registration in Darwin Box and to submit all required documents on time.
5. To facilitation and complete selection and offer processing on time.
6. To engage prospective employees during offer to joining time and to facilitate onboarding process.
7. To facilitate joining formalities and orientation on the day of joining as per Company Policy.
8. To create and maintain profile inventory and talent pool in a systematic way.
9. Responsible for good candidate experience during selection and on boarding process.
Preferred candidate profile
- MBA with Management or HR specializations.
- Minimum of 5+ years of work experience, largely with Insurance industry.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, handling above Manager cadre positions
- Should possess very good verbal and written communication skills.
- Should be a good communicator.
- Have a quick, analytical, and growth-oriented mindset.
- Should have good analytical and presentation skills.
- Should have good negotiation skills.
- Be proactive, self-motivated and enjoy working as part of a team.
- Should be self-driven and process oriented.
- Working experience with Insurance Brokerage will be an added advantage.
