KEYACCOUNTABILITIES/KEYRESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Managing talent acquisition process through strategic sourcing through the most cost-effective sources.

  2. Drive end to end recruitment cycle with the team

  3. Maintain Recruitment Tracker

  4. Induction/Orientation/Onboarding for new joiners

  5. Payroll Processing

  6. Processing of Full &Final Settlement

  7. Assist in statutory compliance

  8. Facilitates and follows all HR process

  9. Implement HRMS system

  10. Maintain attendance and leave records

  11. Assist incoordination of Mediclaim Insurance processes

• POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Level of Education

  1. Bachelors/master's in human resource management

  2. Experience: 3-5years of experience in HR domain
