Newton School aims to bridge this massive gap through its personalized learning platform. We are building an online university and solving the deep problem of the employability of graduates. We have a strong core team consisting of alumni from IIT's and IIM’s, and have several years of industry experience in companies like Unacademy, Inmobi, Ola, and Microsoft - among others. On this mission, we are backed by some of the most respected investors around the world, - RTP Global, Nexus Venture Partners, and a slew of angel investors including CRED’s Kunal Shah, Flipkart’s Kalyan Krishnamoorthy, Unacademy and Razorpay founders, Udaan’s Sujeet Kumar among others. Responsibilities : Lead strategy and execution for the Growth function, aligning with Product and Marketing teams to deliver GTM plans for all business markets to achieve company growth goals Cross-company and team collaboration including experience working with product and revenue operations leaders Strong understanding of product enhancements/initiatives and procedures and the ability to create a do-anything environment necessary to support organizational goals Creating and implementing the marketing plan in line with overall business objectives while striking a balance between longer-term strategic brand-building activities, mid-term lead generation, and nurturing, as well as quick wins to achieve targets Using data and analytics for decision-making and measuring marketing effectiveness as well as creating a culture of structured experimentation and iteration to drive growth Manage the marketing budget to drive sustainable bottom-line growth Key Requirements : You have 3-6 years of prior experience in a similar role with a solid track record of scaling up from scratch. You have strong experience in Growth Hacking, Product Marketing, managing demand generation & the customer acquisition funnel, and performance marketing. You have good knowledge of Campaign Management Tools (eg. Active Campaign), and Web Analytics Tools (eg. Google Analytics). You are highly goal-driven and work well in fast-paced environments. You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data. You have excellent communication & interpersonal skills. You are adept at building relationships and liaising with multiple stakeholders and thrive in matrix environments.
