Role: Lead Generation Expert – Staff Augmentation
Location: Remote
Employment Type: Full-time / Contract
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and connect with decision-makers (CTOs, IT Heads, HR, Procurement Managers).
- Generate qualified leads for staff augmentation services.
- Run targeted campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and other channels.
- Manage CRM and maintain accurate lead data.
- Collaborate with the sales team to nurture and convert leads.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B lead generation (preferably in IT services/staff augmentation).
- Proficiency with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Lusha, etc.
- Strong communication and outreach skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and email automation tools.
