Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated International Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for outbound cold calling to prospective clients in international markets, with a focus on B2B sales processes. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The position involves working night shifts with a six-day workweek.

Responsibilities:Outbound Cold Calling:Initiate outbound calls to potential clients in international markets.Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and pitch our products/services effectively.Drive lead generation and qualification through proactive outreach efforts.B2B Sales Process:Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals.Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients.Customize sales pitches and presentations to address the specific needs of each client.Achieve Sales Targets:Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.Utilize sales strategies and techniques to maximize revenue generation.Continuously identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products/services.Market Research and Analysis:Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.Conduct market research to identify potential leads and new business opportunities.Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams based on market insights.CRM Management:Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system.Track progress, update client information, and generate reports as required.Ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies and procedures.Collaboration and Communication:Work closely with the sales team, marketing team, and other departments to achieve common goals.Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to coordinate sales efforts and resolve customer issues.Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications:Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role, preferably in an international B2B sales environment.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in cold calling techniques and outbound sales processes.Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).Willingness to work night shifts with a six-day workweek.
