International Sales Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated International Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for outbound cold calling to prospective clients in international markets, with a focus on B2B sales processes. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The position involves working night shifts with a six-day workweek.
Responsibilities:
- Outbound Cold Calling:
- Initiate outbound calls to potential clients in international markets.
- Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and pitch our products/services effectively.
- Drive lead generation and qualification through proactive outreach efforts.
- B2B Sales Process:
- Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients.
- Customize sales pitches and presentations to address the specific needs of each client.
- Achieve Sales Targets:
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Utilize sales strategies and techniques to maximize revenue generation.
- Continuously identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products/services.
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and new business opportunities.
- Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams based on market insights.
- CRM Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
- Track progress, update client information, and generate reports as required.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with the sales team, marketing team, and other departments to achieve common goals.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to coordinate sales efforts and resolve customer issues.
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role, preferably in an international B2B sales environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in cold calling techniques and outbound sales processes.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Willingness to work night shifts with a six-day workweek.
