Job Opportunity: Enterprise Legal Application Executive
Location : Pune
Education : LLB
Role Maturity :
5+ years of solid experience in Legal Application Function Implementation (e.g., Legal Matter Management , Legal Hold , Cyber Security , etc.). Proficient in functional processing , documentation, and providing functional support on related applications.
Certification :
Certification in Onit and other ELM platforms .
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Troubleshoot function workflows and escalate alerts that cannot be resolved to appropriate teams.
- ️ Responsible for monitoring and responding to open tickets submitted through an incident management system .
- Prioritize and handle service requests and incidents .
- Progress issues and provide relevant information for troubleshooting or clarification.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to departmental initiatives.
- Responsible for improving and documenting processes around application support .
- Work collaboratively with Account Managers on change requests, managing issues, and establishing priorities.
- ⚙️ Solid understanding of Agile methodologies .
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
- ️ Knowledge of platforms like SAP , Jira , and their workflows is a plus.
- Conduct legal research to explore Legal platforms knowledge.
- ⚖️ Strong knowledge of Enterprise Matter Management , Legal Operations , Legal Compliance , and Securities is preferred.
- Proficient in legal solutions and platforms.
✨ Additional Skills :
- Able to communicate efficiently with customers across geographies.
- Should be able to work independently and manage responsibilities with minimal supervision.
- Keen to understand services in scope and conduct quality checks/analysis .
- Proficient in using MS Office suite and its features.
- Understand workflows and operating procedures.
- Strong analytical and review skills .
- ⏳ Able to prioritize activities or tasks, understanding the business impact.
- Able to manage multiple tasks, often with competing deadlines .
- Team player with a readiness to learn.
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills .
- Flexible to work in shifts as per business requirements.
