(Urgent) Sales Compensation Analyst

- Responsible for supporting the development and implementation of the company’s sales compensation programs.
- Develop models, metrics analyses, and processes to implement the company’s variable pay plans, including but not limited to commission plans, SPIFs, and quarterly bonus plans.
- Act as project manager for the annual plan review and design process, ensuring milestone and timeline adherence is tracked and reported out to leadership.
- Work closely with the Commissions Analysts in the finance department to calculate and communicate commission and bonus payments.
- Conduct market analysis on variable pay plans and practices to inform design decisions.
- Distribute plan documents as appropriate to plan participants.
