Learning And Development Specialist

➢ Survey, create, plan, and execute training programs that are aligned with the organization’s
objectives and have a strong understanding of the same
➢ Design and build content for training programs
➢ Continuous improvising the training programs and methods
➢ Planning and scheduling the training for employees
➢ Working closely with various leaders across the organization and having a full understanding of
their units and training requirements
➢ Evaluate individual and organizational training needs
➢ Assess and derive strategies to improve training programs from the evaluation method
Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g., coaching, job-shadowing, case studies,
role play, online training)
➢ Design and deliver e-learning material, workshops, and other training
➢ Assess the success of training plans and help employees make the most of learning
opportunities
➢ Help managers develop their team members through career pathing
➢ Maintaining data and records
Qualification And Experience:
➢ Proven experience as Trainer or similar
➢ Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods
➢ Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
➢ Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
