Roles & Responsibilities
Design and develop comprehensive training programs that align with the company’s goals and objectives
Collaborate retail department heads to identify training needs and develop customized training solutions.
Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and on-the-job training for retail staff at all levels.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics
Continuously update and improve training content based on feedback and industry best practices.
Provide ongoing coaching and support to retail staff to help them apply their learning and achieve performance goals.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization
​​Enhancing employee skills, knowledge, and performance across all levels of the organization to generate business impact
Key Skills: Learning Strategy Development | Training Program Design | Team Leadership | Curriculum Management | Training Delivery | Needs Assessment | Vendor and Content Management | Learning Technologies: (integrating digital platforms and learning management systems (LMS) |Metrics and Evaluation |Change Management | Stakeholder Collaboration
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in managing relationships
Demonstrated ability to drive training and staff relationships building
Experience with e-learning platforms and digital training tools.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
