Role:  Inside Sales Manager Key Responsibilities: Channel Acquisition Identify, engage, and onboard new channel partners to expand market reach. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential partners through networking and outreach. Collaborate with marketing to develop campaigns that attract high-quality channel partners. Program Sales Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed program sales targets. Work with product and marketing teams to position offerings effectively. Analyze market trends and customer needs to drive program expansion. Client Engagement Build long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met. Collaborate with customer success for smooth onboarding and retention. Gather and analyze client feedback to improve products and services. Entrepreneurial Leadership for Sales Success Foster a proactive, results-driven culture within the sales function. Encourage innovative thinking and strategic approaches to exceed sales goals. Take ownership of individual targets while driving business impact. Requirements Proven experience in inside sales, sales, or account management. Goal-oriented with an entrepreneurial mindset.
