Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Partnership Development Manager to drive business growth by building strong partnerships with schools, colleges, and institutions. This role requires excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills along with a strong understanding of the education ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:


•⁠ ⁠Identify and develop new business opportunities with schools, colleges, and educational institutions.


•⁠ ⁠Build and maintain strong relationships with principals, directors, and management teams.


•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding, system integration, and training of new clients.


•⁠ ⁠Deliver product presentations, demos, and workshops to stakeholders.


•⁠ ⁠Develop partnership strategies to achieve sales and growth targets.


•⁠ ⁠Ensure client satisfaction and provide continuous support for long-term partnerships.


•⁠ ⁠Monitor market trends and competitor activities to strengthen Buddiz AI's positioning.


•⁠ ⁠Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine offerings based on client feedback.

Eligibility Criteria:


•⁠ ⁠Postgraduate in Business, Education, or related field (preferred).


•⁠ ⁠Experience in EdTech, educational partnerships, or institutional sales is an added advantage.


•⁠ ⁠Strong presentation and communication skills in English (regional languages a plus).


•⁠ ⁠Ability to coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders effectively.


•⁠ ⁠Passion for education technology and innovation.


•⁠ ⁠Willingness to travel as required.
