  • Contractual role
  • Provide support by preparing the Technical offer with help of Oracle ERP once the parts are verified by Sales Manager
  • Review PO copies as per the offer submitted by SBS
  • Review terms and condition as offered by SBS
  • Review and administration of sales and service contracts
  • Generating SOA with help of Oracle ERP
  • Crosschecking with US team / Manger for Correct SOA with end-user.
  • Learn and apply sales and service policies and procedures, become familiar with the company's operations/ engineering functions and communicate, liaise, internally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business.
  • Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community and direct them to the appropriate resource
