Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and implement training programs to enhance team skills.
Set clear sales goals and quotas.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and external stakeholders. Identify and address customer needs to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for upper management. Utilize data to drive decision-making and improve sales performance.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. Use insights to identify new business opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
Work closely with other departments, such as delivery, operations, and finance to align sales strategies with company objectives and drive cross-functional success.
Strong leadership skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in sales software and CRM systems.
Results-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic thinker.
