Role Overview

As a Senior Inside Sales Associate, you will drive growth by building strong relationships with prospective students and their families. Your primary focus will be on understanding their aspirations and offering tailored solutions to help them achieve their dreams of studying abroad. You will play a key role in expanding EUGateway's client base and ensuring superior customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Conversion: Proactively manage and convert inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns into successful enrollments.- Consultation: Conduct in-depth consultations to understand students’ academic backgrounds, aspirations, and financial capabilities.- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, guiding them through the entire counseling and application process.- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on EUGateway’s diverse offerings, including premium counseling services, Admission Express programs, and financial packages.- Sales Planning: Strategically plan outreach activities to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of interactions, sales conversions, and pipeline progression using CRM tools.- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with counseling, marketing, and operations teams to deliver a seamless client experience.- Market Insights: Gather feedback to understand market trends and recommend improvements in products and services.

Requirements

- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in education consulting, EdTech, or a related industry.- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.- Skills: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Adept at building rapport and understanding client needs.- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.- Attributes: empathy and commitment to helping students achieve their goals.- High energy, self-motivation, and a goal-oriented mindset.- Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
