Job Summary
The HoReCa BDM will develop and execute sales strategies to enhance our partnerships with Hotels, Bars, Restaurants, and Cafés. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, a deep understanding of the HoReCa industry, and the ability to drive business growth through effective relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and partners within the HoReCa sector. Develop relationships with key decision-makers in hotels, restaurants, and cafés.
- Sales Strategy: Create and implement tailored sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets. Conduct regular market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor movements.
- Client Management: Serve as the main point of contact for HoReCa clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and loyalty. Address any issues or concerns that arise during the partnership.
- Product Promotion: Work closely with the marketing team to promote relevant products and special offers to the HoReCa sector. Organize and participate in trade shows and other promotional events.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with other departments, such as logistics and customer service, to ensure seamless operations and client support.
- Performance Reporting: Regularly report on sales results and strategic milestones to senior management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience, specifically within the HoReCa sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
