We are seeking a motivated and results-driven
Inside Sales Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads, nurturing prospects, and supporting the sales pipeline through effective communication and relationship-building.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other lead generation tools.
- Qualify leads by understanding client needs and matching them with company solutions.
- Maintain and update the CRM with accurate customer and lead information.
- Schedule meetings/demos for the senior sales team with qualified prospects.
- Follow up with leads to ensure consistent engagement and conversion.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for targeted campaigns and outreach strategies.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly lead generation and pipeline development targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience (0–2 years for junior / 2–4 years for mid-level) in inside sales, telemarketing, or lead generation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English proficiency preferred).
- Ability to use CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and MS Office.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in B2B lead generation.
- Familiarity with cold calling and email marketing strategies.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools.
