As an Executive Director - Transfer Pricing within JPMC's global tax department, you will play a crucial role in the development, implementation, and maintenance of our transfer pricing policies. You will lead the preparation of global and local transfer pricing documentation, negotiate and report on APAs, MAPs, and other proceedings in India, and manage the transfer pricing team in India. You will also work closely with various business and finance teams and manage large-scale projects. This role provides an excellent opportunity to apply your strong analytical, leadership, and project management skills in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities 

Participate in the development, implementation and maintenance of JPMC’s transfer pricing policies for its numerous lines of business in India, Asia and Globally  Lead the preparation and maintenance of JPMC’s global and local (including India) transfer pricing documentation along with other members of the transfer pricing team Lead the development, negotiation, and reporting requirements of APAs, MAPs and other proceedings in India  Support global transfer pricing colleagues in building and reviewing comprehensive financial models that support transfer pricing analysis Be a functional manager to the transfer pricing team in India Directly liaise and partner with various business and finance teams and with other members of the global tax department to independently drive large-scale projects Manage and work with outside advisers

 Required Qualifications

15+ years of experience with transfer pricing matters affecting major multinational companies, preferably in the financial services space Strong oral and written communication skills as well as excellent analytical skills Previous experience working with cross functional groups in a high-speed environment and leading group-based projects from inception through execution, including through the tax reporting and compliance process Strong organizational, leadership, people management and project management skills Chartered Accountant, Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Math, Law, Finance and/or Economics preferred
