Planning of marketing strategy and calendar
Detailed planning of annual marketing calendar for the dealership group which should include ATL and BTL activities for dealership to meet business objectives. Should be done in coordination with marketing communications team of MBIL.
Inputs from sales team + market for the planning the enquiry target and test drive plan.
Planning of all lead generation activities and further close follow up with HOD CRM for enquiry registration in the system.
Optimum use of the available resources to be made.
Planning to focus upon the minutest details of the market – product – competitor activities.
Management and updation of dealership website and making effective use of website for information to customers and enquiry capturing.
Management and usage of dealership social media platforms as per MBIL directives.
2 Execution of the activities
Should lead the team of marketing managers and executives at each dealership for execution of activities to achieve desired results.
Achievement of enquiry targets and reporting to MBIL as per the directives.
Coordinate closely with MB team for any support.
Ensure adherence of CI guidelines while executing all activities.
3 Feed back to MBIL Marketing team + Dealership
On marketing activities + sales update
On competitor activities
On activities executed by MBIL such as events + ad campaigns
Prepare a post activity report after each event on 'Things gone right" & "Things gone wrong"
4 Archive
Maintenance of the records of the activities carried out for future reference.
5 Training
Regular update on the product & communication of various marketing initiatives to the sales team.
Regular update on the market – consumer behavior
