Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Growth Partner – Agro Sales & Onboarding, located in Bengaluru. The Business Growth Partner will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new agro clients, developing and executing sales strategies, and building relationships within the agro sector. Daily tasks include market research, client meetings, negotiation, sales presentations, and customer support. Additionally, the role involves tracking sales metrics, preparing sales reports, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales, client onboarding, and relationship management
- Knowledge of the agro industry and market dynamics
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in sales software and CRM systems
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic plans
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field
- Strong interpersonal skills and team collaboration abilities
- Previous experience in business growth or sales roles within the agro sector is a plus
