Job Description

As a Senior Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. The skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

Able to review complex Singapore individual and employer returns for quality, accuracy and relevance, and identify optimum filing positions and advanced tax technical positions.

Experience: 3-6 years in Singapore Individual and Employer returns

Qualification: Graduation or Post Graduation in Finance or Accounting

Excellent communication skills

Should have prior experience interacting with foreign offices and assignees and able to respond to them well

Strong technical knowledge, analytical and numerical skills

Hard-working, ability to work long hours, proactive and committed to completing tasks well with good attention to detail

Contribute to the development of your own and team’s technical acumen.

Contribute to team discussions and share knowledge for the benefit of the group

Coach junior team members with a view to developing well-rounded professionals.

Know how and when to use tools available for a given situation and can explain the reasons for this choice.

Revamp processes and working procedures to maximize operational efficiency while ensuring high quality services and support to clients.

Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.
