About Us:

We are a dynamic and growing tech company specializing in designing and developing professional websites for gyms, hospitals, and a wide range of organizations. Our mission is to help businesses establish a strong online presence with stunning, functional, and user-friendly websites.

As we expand, we are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) who is proactive, driven, and passionate about bringing in new business opportunities.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential clients such as gyms, hospitals, startups, SMEs, and other organizations in need of website development services.
  • Proactively generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and networking platforms.
  • Present and pitch website development services confidently to prospects.
  • Understand client requirements and collaborate with the internal team to prepare tailored proposals.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring successful onboarding of new projects.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
  • Keep records of leads, prospects, and deals using CRM tools or Excel.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure smooth project handover and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Strong interest in sales, business development, or IT services.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable with online research, networking, and lead generation activities.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive in achieving business goals.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple leads/projects simultaneously.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools or Excel for maintaining client and lead data.
  • Prior experience in sales or business development (especially in IT/web development services) is preferred but not mandatory.
