The Software Tester will execute test cases, perform software testing, and ensure quality assurance. The candidate will conduct thorough testing processes, identify defects, and ensure the software meets the required standards. Collaboration with development teams to resolve issues and improve overall software quality is key, with some work from home acceptable as part of the hybrid model. Qualifications Experience in Test Execution and creating Test Cases Proficiency in Software Testing and Quality Assurance processes Strong Analytical Skills to identify and resolve issues Excellent written and verbal communication skills Capacity to work both independently and within a team Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field Experience with automation tools is a plus Technical Requirements: Proficiency with automation frameworks: Playwright / Selenium / Reqnroll Experience with Jira for project management and bug tracking Strong Git Hub knowledge for version control Postman experience for API testing and validation Solid understanding of API testing concepts Core Competencies: Excellent logical thinking and problem-solving abilities Outstanding communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams Detail-oriented with a passion for quality What You'll Do Design and execute comprehensive test strategies Develop and maintain automated test suites Collaborate with development teams to ensure quality delivery Identify, document, and track software defects Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes
