The Software Tester will execute test cases, perform software testing, and ensure quality assurance. The candidate will conduct thorough testing processes, identify defects, and ensure the software meets the required standards. Collaboration with development teams to resolve issues and improve overall software quality is key, with some work from home acceptable as part of the hybrid model.QualificationsExperience in Test Execution and creating Test CasesProficiency in Software Testing and Quality Assurance processesStrong Analytical Skills to identify and resolve issuesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsCapacity to work both independently and within a teamBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fieldExperience with automation tools is a plusTechnical Requirements:Proficiency with automation frameworks: Playwright / Selenium / ReqnrollExperience with Jira for project management and bug trackingStrong GitHub knowledge for version controlPostman experience for API testing and validationSolid understanding of API testing conceptsCore Competencies:Excellent logical thinking and problem-solving abilitiesOutstanding communication skills (written and verbal)Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teamsDetail-oriented with a passion for qualityWhat You'll DoDesign and execute comprehensive test strategiesDevelop and maintain automated test suitesCollaborate with development teams to ensure quality deliveryIdentify, document, and track software defectsContribute to continuous improvement of testing processes
