Job Description:

 Selection or identification of test cases for automation from existing test case documentation.

 Applying Designing and Test Automation Strategy Document

 Conducting different types of testing like Regression, Sanity, Smoke, monkey retesting etc

 Creating an automation test plan and getting approval.

 Configure Selenium Test Environment for setup (ex: Java, Selenium WebDriver and TestNG etc.).

 Participation in Selenium Environmental Setup with IDE.

 Automation framework design and implementation according to project structure.  Creating, Enhancing, Debugging and Running Test Cases.

 Organizing, monitoring defect management process Handling changes and conducting regression tests.

 Find solutions for issues related to object identity issues and error handling.

 Coordination of the members of the Test team and the development team to solve the issues.

 Interaction with the people of the client side to solve problems and update the situation.

 Create a software defect tracking report entire project release status to stakeholders.

 Reviewing software requirements and preparing test scenarios.  Executing tests on software usability.

 Analyzing test results on database impacts, errors or bugs, and usability.

 Preparing reports on all aspects related to the software testing carried out and reporting to the design team.

 Interacting with clients to understand product requirements.

 Participating in design reviews and providing input on requirements, product design, and potential problems.

Requirements:

 Designing and developing test automation scripts.

 Proficiency in scripting languages ( Python)

 Using test automation guidelines.

 Researching issues in software through testing.

 Collaborating with QA Analysts and Software Developers to develop solutions.

 Keeping updated with the latest industry developments.

Educational Qualifications

 B.E./B.Tech/

 M.Tech, MCA/ BCA/ BSc-CS/ BSc-IT

 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

 Strong skills in communication, personal effectiveness, quality and common sense, detail oriented.

 Work effectively and professionally as a team player.

 Self-starter, motivated.  Sense of ownership and hands on approach to problem solving.

 Work independently and within team as well as work effectively under pressure, tight deadlines.

 Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives.
