Job Description:

We are hiring an experienced Software Tester with over 3 years of experience in testing web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of the testing lifecycle, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and execute detailed test cases, test scenarios, and test plans.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
  • Identify, log, and track bugs using issue tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla).
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business analysts to ensure quality throughout the SDLC.
  • Conduct cross-browser, cross-platform, and compatibility testing.
  • Participate in requirement discussions and contribute to test strategy and planning.
  • Prepare test summary reports and maintain test documentation.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in software testing (manual or both manual & automation).
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and defect lifecycle.
  • Proficiency in test management and bug tracking tools.
  • Knowledge of SQL queries for backend testing.
  • Familiarity with API testing (using Postman or similar tools).
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Knowledge of automation tools like Selenium (added advantage).

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300, ₹500,000.00 per year
