Role Overview

We are seeking an E-commerce Specialist (Ops/Sales) to manage and optimise our online business operations. You will oversee all sales touchpoints including our website, online marketplaces (Amazon, Tata Cliq, Nykaa, Vaaree), quick commerce platforms, and aggregators. The role requires expertise in managing stock inventories, driving online sales, and enhancing customer experience.

Objectives of this role

  • Develop and implement effective e-commerce growth strategies to identify and capture new customer base and business opportunities.
  • Optimise end-to-end e-commerce journey for our customers, from lead generation to conversion and post-purchase follow-up.
  • Manage and maintain e-commerce platforms, including product listings, pricing and inventory management.

Your tasks

  • Conduct market research to identify prospects, manage outreach, and build marketplace/customer relationships.
  • Analyse performance data, prepare reports, and suggest data-driven improvements.
  • Collaborate with marketing, development, and customer service teams to launch online campaigns/promotions.
  • Monitor customer reviews, ratings, and feedback to improve satisfaction and retention.
  • Drive online sales and revenue growth through multiple digital channels.

Required skills and qualifications

  • 2–3 years of proven experience in e-commerce operations & online sales.
  • Strong knowledge of product listing, pricing strategies, inventory management, and order processing.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to track performance metrics and optimise results.
  • Excellent communication, outreach, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Graduate degree (any stream).
