Job Title: Accounts Assistant

Qualification:

Bachelor's Degree in Commerce/Finance/Accounting or equivalent

Additional certification (Tally/ERP, MS Excel, GST basics) preferred

Experience:

1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance-related roles (freshers with good knowledge can also be considered)

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in day-to-day accounting operations and bookkeeping

Prepare and maintain ledgers, vouchers, and journal entries

Support in accounts payable and receivable management

Handle bank reconciliation, cash flow entries, and petty cash records

Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

Ensure proper documentation for audits and compliance

Support payroll processing and statutory requirements (GST, TDS, PF, ESI, etc.)

Coordinate with the Accounts Manager/Finance team for smooth operations

Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices

Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally/ERP systems)

Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping

Good organizational and time management skills

Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity

Effective communication and teamwork abilities
