Test Architect:

Are you a visionary with a passion for quality and automation? We are seeking a Test Architect to lead our testing initiatives and drive innovation.

As a Test Architect, you will be responsible for defining, designing, and implementing the overall test strategy for the organization. You will work closely with development, product management, and other stakeholders to ensure the highest quality standards are met.

Responsibilities:

· Define and execute the overall test strategy, including test planning, design, execution, and reporting.

· Lead the development and implementation of test automation frameworks and tools.

· Build and lead a high-performing test team, providing mentorship and guidance.

· Identify opportunities for test process improvement and implement best practices.

· Develop and maintain test metrics and KPIs to measure test effectiveness and efficiency.

· Collaborate with development teams to ensure testability of software products.

· Stay up-to-date with the latest testing technologies and industry trends.

· Research and evaluate new testing tools and technologies.

· Drive the adoption of AI and machine learning in test automation.

· Develop intellectual property (IP) and tools to enhance testing capabilities.

Qualifications:

· 10+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 5 years in test architecture and leadership roles.

· Strong hands-on experience in both manual and automation testing.

· Expertise in test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Cucumber).

· Proven ability to build and lead high-performing test teams.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to think creatively and come up with innovative testing solutions.

· Experience with AI and machine learning concepts and their application to testing.

· Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience in developing test automation frameworks from scratch.

· Experience with cloud-based testing platforms.

· Certifications in testing (e.g., ISTQB Advanced Test Manager).
