We are seeking a highly motivated Field Service Engineer to join our Railways Business Unit. This role is critical in providing on-site support for the installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of our advanced rail solutions including:

  • Distributed Power Wireless Communication Systems (DPWCS)
  • Remote Monitoring Systems (RMS)
  • Other cutting-edge railway electronic systems

The ideal candidate will have hands-on field support experience in railway electronics and be comfortable with extensive travel across India.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute installation, commissioning, and testing of Klovertels railway electronic systems.
  • Provide field troubleshooting, diagnostics, and technical support to customers.
  • Collaborate closely with the engineering team to resolve on-site technical issues.
  • Prepare detailed service reports and maintain documentation ensuring timely closure of support cases.
  • Train customer staff on system operation and maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards during all field activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Electronics, Electrical, Telecommunications, or related discipline.
  • 4–5 years of hands-on experience in field service/support of railway electronics or industrial electronic systems.
  • Strong knowledge of wireless communication, embedded systems, and railway signalling/communication equipment is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently under challenging field conditions.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across India.
  • Good communication and customer handling skills.
