RoleDescription
This fulltime remoterole is for a Paid Ads Specialist. The Paid Ads Specialist will beresponsible for developing and implementing effective paidadvertising campaigns across various channels such as Google Adsand Facebook Ads. The candidate will also monitor ad spend conductA/B testing and provide reports on campaignresults.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge in developing andimplementing paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and FacebookAds
- Experience in monitoring ad spend andconducting A/B testing
- Experience in analyzingcampaign performance and providingreports
- Strong analytical and problemsolvingskills
- Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills
- Bachelors degree inMarketing Business Administration or relatedfield
- Relevant certifications such as GoogleAds and Facebook Blueprint are aplus
- Experience in SEO and SEM is aplus
- Proven experience managing paidadvertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads FacebookAds LinkedIn Ads etc.
- Proficiency in digitaladvertising tools and platforms including ad creation campaignsetup and optimization.
- Strong analyticalskills with the ability to interpret data analyze performancemetrics and draw actionable insights.
- Excellentcommunication and collaboration skills with the ability to workeffectively with crossfunctionalteams.
- Detailoriented with strongorganizational and time managementskills.
Asa Paid Ads Specialist you will be responsible for managing andoptimizing paid advertising campaigns across various digitalplatforms to drive customer acquisition engagement and revenuegrowth. This role requires expertise in digital advertisingplatforms data analysis and campaign optimizationtechniques.
KeyResponsibilities:
CampaignStrategy and Planning:
- Develop andexecute paid advertising strategies aligned with business goalstarget audience and budget.
- Conduct audienceresearch and keyword analysis to inform campaign targeting andmessaging.
- Collaborate with internal teams toalign paid advertising efforts with overall marketingstrategies.
Campaign Setup andExecution:
- Create and launch paidadvertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads FacebookAds LinkedIn Ads and others.
- Set up ad creativetargeting parameters bidding strategies and conversiontracking.
- Monitor campaign performance andadjust settings to optimize performance and maximizeROI.
Budget Management andOptimization:
- Manage advertisingbudgets effectively to achieve campaign objectives while minimizingcosts.
- Monitor spending pacing and performancemetrics to identify opportunities for budget reallocation andoptimization.
- Implement A/B testing andexperimentation to improve ad performance and conversionrates.
Performance Analysis andReporting:
- Analyze campaign data andperformance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of paidadvertising efforts.
- Generate regular reportsand dashboards to communicate campaign results insights andrecommendations to internalstakeholders.
- Identify trends patterns andopportunities for improvement based on dataanalysis.
Ad Creative andCopywriting:
- Collaborate with creativeteams to develop compelling ad creative messaging and landing pageexperiences.
- Optimize ad copy imagery and callsto action to improve ad relevance andengagement.
- Stay informed about industry trendsand best practices in ad creative andcopywriting.
