If you have strong expertise in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions and are willing to relocate to Australia if required, we want to hear from you


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow implementations, ensuring alignment with customer business and IT needs.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of ServiceNow implementations, including ITSM, ITOM, custom applications, integrations, and migrations.
  • Mentor and guide teams, ensuring best practices and knowledge sharing across projects.
  • Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and offer innovative solutions.
  • Ensure solutions adhere to industry standards and ITIL processes, optimizing operational efficiency and security.
  • Manage ServiceNow instances, including upgrades, consolidations, and compliance with licensing.


Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Technical Lead or Architect on multiple ServiceNow projects.
  • Expertise in ITIL process definition, ServiceNow architecture, integrations, and ITOM modules.
  • ServiceNow custom application design and development experience.
  • Strong experience with ServiceNow deployments, third-party integrations, orchestrations, and operational activities.
  • Certified ServiceNow System Administrator and Implementation Specialist (at least 2 modules) and ITIL v3 Foundation certification.
  • Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work in the Australian time zone (4:00 AM to 1:00 PM IST) .


Good-to-Have:

  • TOGAF or equivalent certification.
  • Experience with newer ServiceNow modules (HRSD, SecOps, GRC, CSM, ITBM).
  • Knowledge of infrastructure maintenance and application deployment best practices.
