About the Role:We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Account Director to lead key client accounts and drive integrated campaigns across digital and mainline platforms. The ideal candidate will bring 8–11 years of hands-on experience in a reputed advertising agency, with proven expertise in client relationship management, strategic planning, campaign execution, and team leadership.Key Responsibilities:- Act as the strategic lead and senior point of contact for key clients- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of integrated campaigns (digital + mainline)- Oversee and guide internal teams — creative, strategy, media, digital, and production- Translate client briefs into actionable strategies and high-impact campaigns- Develop and present strategic recommendations, campaign plans, and performance reports- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet/exceed client expectations- Build strong, trusted relationships with clients and identify opportunities for business growth- Mentor and manage account management teams to deliver at a high standard- Stay ahead of industry trends, market insights, and competitive landscapeRequirements:- 8–11 years of experience in client servicing within a reputed advertising agency- Strong understanding and experience in both digital and mainline advertising- Proven track record of managing integrated campaigns and brand strategy- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills- Ability to think strategically while also managing execution with precision- Experience in managing and mentoring a team- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field- Candidates must be currently based in Gurugram or open to relocating
