Role & responsibilities :-

  • Strategy development for improvement in successful participation in tenders along with sales team.
  • Tracking of enquires in all stages of sales BD, TD, EOI/RFI, RFP, Market Study, etc.
  • Support Internal Sales team in identification of prospective customers for demonstrations and trials.
  • Support Product Management team in ensuring successful project completion for new product development.
  • Send Response plan for RFIs to customers. (Current Product Specification meeting with Customer requirement).
  • Study the tender specs and prepare compliance report and decision matrix for participation.
  • Prepare compliance report and take decision on bidding inline with Product Manager and Business Development head.
  • Specification drafting and product costing decision along with Product Manager for new products or minor modification products to ensure maximum participation
  • Prepare tender project deliverables (cost effective parameters) e.g., Accessories, warranty etc. along with product manager.
  • Competition Data gathering Technical and Commercial
  • Checking and taking approval of the document of the tender for bid submission from Business development head (test report, technical literature, MRLS, SMT.)
  • Resolve queries of customer on product specification in exhibitions.
  • Conduct customer demonstrations and deliver product presentations to showcase capabilities and support bid success.
  • Ensure standard price list available with sales team is updated with the information of new products and bid support.
  • Ensure Marketing decks and material available with the marketing team is updated with the new products price list and information.
  • Ensure that Compliance report and documents are changed according to the ECR informed by Product Manager.

Knowledge & Skills:-

  • Good with analytics in incisive data presentation.
  • Good with MS Office tools.
  • Experience in preparing tender compliance documents.
  • Good Communication & inter-personal skills.
  • Have experience with handling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Able to work with multiple teams.
  • Skilled in preparing and delivering customer demonstrations and presentations.

Proficient in bid preparation and proposal development
