Collections Manager

We are in search of a Junior Collection Specialist to join our team, supporting the collection and recovery processes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in conducting collections, including following up on overdue payments from customers.2. Learn to allocate contracts to agencies under the guidance of senior team members.3. Accompany senior team members on field visits for customer interactions and collections.4. Aid in maintaining customer data and records in systems and databases.5. Assist in monitoring communication channels for undelivered messages and take appropriate actions.6. Learn to update payment records in the system and assist in issuing receipts to customers.7. Support reconciliation of payments and ensure timely application in the system.8. Assist in adhering to audit processes related to collections under supervision.9. Help in managing cash registers, receipt books, and payment records for the branch.10. Learn about the appointment and monitoring of collection/recovery agencies11. Learn to conduct visits to relevant authorities for complaint resolution.12. Support in monitoring and updating PTP tracker data as required.13. Assist in collating payment files for processing by operations.14. Provide support in vendor management activities, including documentation and audits.
