We have an opening for the position of  Technical Customer Support Executive  for a Reputed Company for the  Pune  location.

Job description:

Support schools and parents through email/ phone. Handling inbound calls for customer support. Outbound calls for customer support . Coordinate with technicians for GPS device installations in school buses. Visit schools for on-ground support as and when required.

Desired Profile of the candidate skills:

Ability and willingness to learn. Computer literate. Basic knowledge of Excel. Tech-savvy Language proficiency – English, Hindi

Job Location – Pune Travel may be required (Work from the Office)
