Technical Customer Support Executive
for a Reputed Company for the
Pune
location.Job description:Support schools and parents
through email/ phone.Handling inbound calls for customer support.Outbound calls for customer support
.Coordinate with technicians for GPS device installations in school buses.Visit schools for on-ground support
as and when required.Desired Profile of the candidate skills:Ability and willingness to learn.Computer literate. Basic knowledge of Excel.Tech-savvyLanguage proficiency – English, HindiJob Location – Pune Travel may be required (Work from the Office)
