We are looking for candidates who are passionate about driving diversity and inclusion and have set up the function from start in their prior experience.

Skills / Experience Required4-8 years of proven experience in managing and delivering successful Diversity & Inclusion programsEffective written and oral communication skillsDemonstrable project management and organizational skillsProfessionalism and discretion, particularly when dealing with confidential and sensitive topics / issuesProven experience of doing change managementShould come with a good network of contacts who are active in the D&I spaceMarketing experience / management of events and communications is a plusExperience within professional services and consultancy environments a plusResponsibilities / ObjectivesDesign and execute the D&I strategic plan, working closely with the D&I committee and leadershipDevelop and deliver a communication plan / schedule of events which incorporates all Inclusive Diversity annual events and key topics (e.g. religious events, recognition days, recruitment / promotion news, etcAid in the recruitment of diverse hires like LGBTQA, PWDs etcProvide advice and guidance on processes, policies and initiatives by drawing on past experiences in similar rolesSupport the D&I committee and Learning & Development team to develop and deliver training materials to build knowledge, awareness and understanding of key diversity and inclusion issuesInvite relevant speakers and create awareness sessions at regular intervalsBuild and maintain relationships internally across all levels, external organisations/bodies, community and business partnersDeliver monthly KPI reporting and a firm-wide survey to track achievements, issues, and spot opportunities
