**About Recity**:
**Purpose**:

- Divert waste from landfill to scientific and responsible processing.
- Create inclusive, circular and sustainable business models.
- Professionalize waste workers.
- We have change live of 2700 waste workers and want to increase the number to 5000 and more with coming year.

**Essential Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the ground team to collect and manage data.
- Monitor and evaluate the data collected.
- Comprehend the needs of the ground team and design activity-based modules capacity building modules accordingly.
- Conduct research on social security schemes that could benefit waste workers.
- Source resources and onboard experts to impart alternative income-generating skills to waste workers.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations to management.
- Get the opportunity to travel to various locations to understand the need and challenges of the waste workers.
- Create reports and presentations based on data and real-life examples.
- Collaborate with diverse teams to showcase highlights and success stories of professionalization of waste workers.

**Key Skills**:

- Demonstrated aptitude and experience in computer skills including use and understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
- Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills; ability to communicate clearly with various personnel to share/ gather information.
- Effective time management skills to meet deadlines on multiple tasks, projects and priorities

**Education and Experience**:

- Master’s degree in a discipline like Development studies, Economics, Public policy, Social Work etc.
- Full-time professional with a masters and having 2+ years past experiences in development and social impact sector or Full -time professional with bachelors and having 3-4 years past experiences in development and social impact sector.
- Demonstrated aptitude and experience in computer skills including use and understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
- Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills; ability to communicate clearly with various personnel to share/ gather information.
- Effective time management skills to meet deadlines on multiple tasks, projects and priorities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
