‍Key Responsibilities

At Onething, we don't just design experiences; we shape how people remember brands, and marketing is how we tell that story before the work even begins. We're looking for a Content Marketing Manager who can build a meaningful presence across the spaces that matter.
Whether it's driving organic growth, rolling out sharp digital campaigns, or creating moments of real-world engagement, your work will shape how the world sees, understands, and connects with Onething.

  • Lead content across all owned channels, including LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.
  • Own the content lifecycle end-to-end: from concept and planning to production and publishing.
  • Build and manage editorial calendars that align with business goals, and key moments.
  • Collaborate with design, strategy, and leadership teams to create sharp, relevant, and on-brand content.
  • Plan and manage shoots, owning the process from scripting to execution for video and social content.
  • Build visibility for the brand and founders through content, events, and media outreach.
  • Plan and execute events, roundtables, and industry touchpoints to grow brand presence and network

Job Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in marketing, with deep, hands-on involvement in content strategy, planning, and execution.
  • Strong understanding of building brand presence across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and more, with content that both performs and tells a story.
  • Proven ability to take a content brief and turn it into high-impact campaigns, narratives, and formats.
  • Comfortable collaborating with creative teams to bring ideas to life from scratch.
  • Excellent communicator with strong organisational skills, able to manage timelines, feedback, and outcomes with clarity.
  • Proactive and self-led, someone who can independently own marketing initiatives and see them through.
  • Agency experience is a plus, especially if you've worked across fast-moving teams and diverse content formats.
