Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Real Estate Sales Agent to join our Mahendra Developers Team . In this role, you will assist clients in buying, selling, properties and introduce our different plotting township offers across Rajasthan, while providing expert advice and excellent customer service. Your goal is to help clients achieve their real estate needs and ensure a seamless transaction process.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Relations:
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
  • Present our scheme or offers to the clients on telephone and one to one meet.
  1. Property Transactions:
  • Market and showcase properties to prospective buyers.
  • Coordinate property viewings, negotiations, and deal closures.
  • Draft and review sales agreements and legal documentation.
  1. Market Analysis:
  • Research and analyze market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
  • Provide clients with market insights and pricing strategies.
  1. Lead Generation:
  • Actively seek new clients through networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
  • Manage and update client databases and follow up on leads promptly.
  1. Compliance and Coordination:
  • Ensure all transactions comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with legal, financial, and administrative teams to finalize deals.
  1. Negotiation:
  • Negotiate terms and prices effectively to achieve client satisfaction.
  • Mediate between buyers and sellers to resolve any conflicts.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Real estate licensing as per regional requirements.
  • Experience:
  • Proven experience as a real estate agent or a similar sales role.
  • Knowledge of the local real estate market.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and real estate software.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
