Job Title: Telecalling Sales Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

Sales Calls:

  • Make calls to potential customers to sell products or services.

  • Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions.

  • Explain the features and benefits of the product or service clearly.

Customer Interaction:

  • Build relationships with customers over the phone.

  • Answer any questions and address concerns about the product or service.

  • Upsell or cross-sell products based on customer needs.

Data Management:

  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales.

  • Update customer details in the system after each call.

  • Follow up on previous calls and maintain customer information.

Sales Targets:

  • Work towards achieving daily, weekly, or monthly sales targets.

  • Keep track of progress and report results to managers.

Skills Required:

  • Good communication and persuasive skills.

  • Basic computer knowledge (to use CRM systems, etc.).

  • Confident and outgoing personality.

  • Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.

Eligibility:

  • Freshers or candidates with no prior experience are welcome.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
