Overview: The role of aPre Sales Executive is essential within our organization as theyplay a crucial part in driving sales growth and revenue byidentifying and understanding client needs and effectivelypresenting our products or services to potential customers. Thisrole is pivotal in building strong customer relationships andinfluencing our sales strategy.KeyResponsibilities:
  • Collaborate withthe sales team to understand customer requirements and providesales support
  • Conduct market research toidentify new opportunities and understand the competitivelandscape
  • Prepare and deliver salespresentations to prospective clients
  • Assist inthe development of sales proposals andquotes
  • Communicate with customers to understandtheir needs and address any concerns
  • Providetechnical knowledge and support to the salesteam
  • Negotiate and close salesdeals
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensuresmooth project handover
  • Update and maintainsales and customer records
  • Conduct productdemonstrations and train sales teams on newproducts
  • Participate in industry events andconferences to generateleads
RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelors degree inBusiness Administration Marketing or relatedfield
  • Proven work experience in a presales orsales support role
  • Demonstrated understandingof sales principles and customer servicepractices
  • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation andproblemsolving abilities
  • Ability to deliverengaging sales presentations
  • Technicalknowledge related to the industry orproducts
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MSOffice
  • Ability to work well in a team andcollaborate effectively
  • Strong organizationaland timemanagement skills
  • Proven track recordof meeting and exceeding salestargets
  • Customercentric approach with a focuson building longterm relationships
  • Experiencein market research and analysis
