Set and execute long-term goals aligned with the university’s vision, market trends, and academic excellence.Academic & Operational Excellence:
Drive program management (60% internal operations, 40% external engagement), accreditations, faculty and student satisfaction, and reputation building.Financial & Administrative Management:
Budget planning, fiscal responsibility, and technology integration for improved academic experiences.External Engagement:
Build corporate, academic, and SME networks, ensuring national and international collaboration.Team & Culture Building:
Foster a positive academic environment, attract top faculty, and improve retention.Qualifications & Experience:Ph.D. from IITs/IIMs/ISB/top 50-NIRF or high QS-ranked institutions.Professor-level experience with at least 3 years in academic administration.Strong research, publication, and financial management record.Skills & Attributes:Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work with diverse stakeholders and drive innovation.Stakeholders:Internal:
