Position: Dean Management/Director Retail MAnagement
Location: SSPU, Kiwale, Pune.
Experience:
- Must have at least 8-10 yrs. post PhD teaching experience and minimum. 5 years academic administration experience as Vice/ Principal/ HOD/ Dean/ Director level. 2-3 years of industry experience is must.
- Substantial academic and research experience, with a distinguished record of scholarly publications, research grants and contributions to the field.
Education: Professor with Ph.D. in Management.

- Provide strategic leadership for the business/management school in alignment with the overall goals of the institution.

Academic Oversight:
- Oversee the development, implementation, and assessment of undergraduate, graduate, and executive education programs.

Faculty Leadership:

Job Description: The Associate Professor will contribute to teaching, research, and academic administration in the domain of Logistics and Supply Chain Management. The role involves engaging in advanced research, publishing high-quality papers, mentoring faculty and students, and contributing to curriculum development.
Key Responsibilities:
Teaching and Curriculum Development:
- Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
- Design and update course materials, ensuring alignment with industry needs.
- Supervise laboratory and practical sessions (if applicable).
Research and Publications:
- Conduct high-quality research in Logistics, Supply Chain Analytics, Transportation Management, Inventory Control, etc.
- Publish research in reputed peer-reviewed journals and conferences.
- Pursue sponsored research projects and consultancy assignments.
Academic Mentorship:
- Guide Ph.D. and postgraduate students in their research work.
- Mentor junior faculty members.
Academic Administration:
- Participate in department-level and institution-level committees.
- Take a leadership role in curriculum design, program assessment, and accreditation processes.
Industry Collaboration:
- Build and maintain partnerships with industries for internships, projects, and training programs.

Eligibility Criteria (As per AICTE norms):
- Educational Qualification:
