Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a Manager- Sales for the New Delhi, Ambala location with experience in B2B Sales lab equipment and furniture or education industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a relationship with the client and maintaining the business transaction that resonates with the company's business target.


1. Approaching clients through various methods and process, like cold calling, email communication, sharing company portfolio, etc.

2. Understand client needs and develop plans to address them, Promote high-quality sales, supply and onboard new client

3. Strategize in generating new clients and Identify key requirements of clients to cultivate profitable relationships.

4. Promote high-quality sales, supply, and orders with proper product descriptions.

5. Negotiate and discuss with the client for closing the deal.

6. Collaborating with the internal team to execute the deal with a client.

7. Maintaining relationships with existing clients and competitor analysis.

Preferred candidate profile

·        A graduate in Science is preferable.

·        M.B.A. in Sales is preferable.

·        Standard computer knowledge and expertise are mandatory

·        Regional and Local languages are preferable.

·        Experience - Min 5 years in B2B sales of lab equipment, furniture o, and education industry.

Skills

1. Proven experience as a Client Relationship Manager in sales

2. Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices and software.

3. Excellent communication skills, Problem-solving attitude, and, Aptitude for fostering positive relationships.

4. Experience in handling the GeM portal(preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent
  • Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business or MBA in Sales & Marketing
  • 5+ years' of sales experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
