Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Shopify App Developer with 4 years of hands-on experience in developing Shopify applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Shopify platform, a passion for coding, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality applications.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain custom Shopify applications to meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, project managers, and other developers, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of projects.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to app performance, functionality, and integrations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in Shopify development.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Ensure the security and integrity of all applications developed.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 4 years of professional experience in Shopify app development.
  • Strong proficiency in Shopify Liquid, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and RESTful APIs.
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Solid understanding of web development principles and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
