Description:We are looking for a Business Intelligence (BI) Developer to create and manage BI and analytics solutions that turn data into knowledge.

Responsibilities

Translate business needs to technical specificationsDesign, build and deploy BI solutions (e.g. reporting tools)Maintain and support data analytics platforms (e.g. MicroStrategy)Create tools to store data (e.g. OLAP cubes)Conduct unit testing and troubleshootingEvaluate and improve existing BI systemsCollaborate with teams to integrate systemsDevelop and execute database queries and conduct analysesCreate visualizations and reports for requested projectsDevelop and update technical documentationDesign Architecture for data warehousingPerform DAX queries and functions in Power BI.Analyzing the current ETL process, defining and designing new systems.Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) that have clear goals and consistently monitor them.Design, develop and deploy business intelligence solutions with SQL queries for best results, filters, and graphs to better understand your data at all levels for performance improvements and suggestions.Redefining changes to improve existing business intelligence systems and designing technically / strategically.

Requirements and skillsProven experience as a BI Developer.Industry experience is preferred.Background in data warehouse design (e.g. dimensional modeling) and data mining.Familiarity with BI technologies (e.g. Microsoft Power BI, Oracle BI).Proven abilities to take initiative and be innovative.In-depth understanding of database management systems, online analytical processing (OLAP) and ETL (Extract, transform, load) framework.Knowledge of SQL queries, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).Analytical mind with a problem-solving aptitude.Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, Azure data factory, Azure Synapse.
