Role Objective:We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Analyst with 6-9 years of relevant experience in the telecom domain. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving data-driven decision-making processes and delivering innovative solutions for our telecom clients. We are looking for an individual with a deep understanding of telecom business processes and a proven track record in successfully executing Data & AI projects within the telecom industry.

Responsibilities:Requirements Gathering:Conduct thorough analysis and gather comprehensive requirements for projects.Engage with business users to understand their needs and translate them into actionable insights.Data Analysis and Insights:Analyze complex datasets to derive meaningful insights.Work closely with data scientists and engineers to develop solutions that address industry-specific challenges.Documentation:Develop comprehensive Functional Requirements Documents (FRD) and Business Requirements Documents (BRD) that clearly outline the project scope, objectives, and specific requirements.Maintain documentation throughout the project lifecycle and incorporate feedback from stakeholders.Domain Expertise:Leverage in-depth knowledge of the industry to understand business processes, challenges, and opportunities.Collaborate with stakeholders to align data and AI solutions with industry-specific requirements.Solution Design:Work closely with the development team to translate business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring alignment with project goals.Stakeholder Management:Facilitate communication between business stakeholders, technology professionals, and data experts.Ensure a collaborative approach to project execution and foster a shared understanding of project goals.Client Presentations:Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing project updates, analysis findings, and recommendations.

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.6-9 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT & Data ProjectsStrong understanding of industry-specific processes and challenges.Proficient in data analysis tools such as (mention specific tools), SQL, and experience with data visualization tools in a telecom context.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Familiarity with data analytics tools and methodologies.Skills:Requirement elicitation and analysis.Data analysis and interpretation.Documentation and report writing.Stakeholder management.Familiarity with Data & AI concepts and technologies.
